Robert V. Ricard, a retired Coast Guard officer who does boating accident reconstructions has prepared an index of articles on boating subjects which appear in a number of professional magazine newsletters. The index is prepared in WordPerfect format and can be obtained either in hard copy or on a floppy so that it can be loaded into your computer. This gives the user the ability to do word searches.
Some of the index publications are: American Boat and Yacht Council; Boat/U.S. Reports; Boating magazine; Lakeland Boating magazine; Powerboat magazine; Professional Boat Builder Magazine; Seaworthy; National Technical Information Service; and U.S. Coast Guard Boating Safety Circulars.
