Maritime & Aviation Consultants (MAC). Our logo and name have changed but while the name is new, the service is the same.
Maritime & Environmental Consultants, our old name, was approached by a number of aviation consultants, several of whom had recently left the National Transportation Board (NTSB) to see if we were interested in marketing them. At the same time, we were asked by an attorney who uses our maritime referral service, if we had a helicopter accident reconstruction expert. We had often thought about expanding our services further into the transportation field and it seemed the opportunity was at hand.
Other aviation experts have been invited to become associated with our company in order to obtain an additional marketing tool for their services. While MAC's predecessor was the largest agency with respect to maritime experts (over 1700), and will continue to be so, our aviation branch will grow at a measured pace assuring that we maintain the high quality of experts we have been proud to offer. Applications are being received and will be reviewed to assure excellent experience and expertise.
What can be said about the aviation experts currently associated with MAC is that they have some of the best credentials in the industry. A number of them have been principle investigators for the NTSB and are comfortable in the courtroom.
