OSHA regulations are contained in 29 CFR, not 26 CFR.
The geographical limitations of OSHA jurisdiction extends three leagues from shore in the Gulf of Mexico, not the Gulf of Alaska. In Alaska, as in the rest of the United States except for the Gulf of Mexico, OSHA jurisdiction extends three miles from shore.
