EXPERT'S EQUIPMENT (Fall 93)

When an expert consultant examines the scene of a personal injury accident, at the very least he should have a tape measure with him. It is also usually expected that he will take photographs of the scene. If he doesn't have the capability or experience to do so, he should advise his client before they meet at the scene so that other arrangements can be made.
