NOTICE TO MEC ASSOCIATES (Fall90)

MEC has from time to time been requested to find people on short notice, at times during a holiday. A good example of this occurred over a recent three day holiday. A request was received at 5:25 PM Friday for a person to go to Venezuela on Sunday, two days hence. Over fifteen people were considered for the job. Many could not be contacted because we do not have their home phone numbers.

If you are interested in being offered assignments that occur on an emergency or short lead time basis, we must have your home and facsimile phone numbers.

We also would appreciate updates on your resumes or CV’s every few years. Even though you have not received an assignment from us, if you have signed an agreement with us and you are receiving this newsletter, you are still being considered.

We also need to be kept apprised of any address changes. We have called Associates who had not had recent referrals only to be greeted by the phone company message saying your phone has been disconnected. We are here to serve you. Keep us posted on your whereabouts.
