(A nice term for a mistake)
Our Spring 89 Newsletter had an article "Does Interview by Attorney Preclude Expert from Testifying for Opposition." The last sentence contained a significant error. It should have read, "Attorneys should thus limit discussions with prospective experts on matters which they do not want disclosed at least until such time as they have retained the expert." Hopefully, those who read the article will have recognized the error.
