To assist in locating information regarding various laws, policies and information published in the Coast Guard’s Navigation & Vessel Inspection Circulars ad the Proceedings of the Marine Safety Council published by the Coast Guard’s Marine Safety Council, MEC has created indexes on both.
These indexes are maintained current on our database system and printed in January and July each year.
Those persons desiring copies may obtain them by writing to MEC and enclosing $3.00 to cover handling costs. Permission is granted to copy them for persons desiring more than one copy.
